Simple rules for using FreeWebsite.

The private beta
The service is being tested and may change. Keep your own copies of important website text, images and enquiry exports. We make backups, but the private beta is not a substitute for your own business records.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to publish your text and images, keep your account secure, use enquiries only for legitimate replies, and comply with applicable privacy, marketing and consumer rules. Do not publish illegal, deceptive, abusive or harmful material.
Availability and moderation
We may suspend an account or website to protect visitors, investigate abuse or maintain the service. We will restore legitimate sites when the issue is resolved where practical.
Content and portability
You retain responsibility for your content. The export feature lets you keep a portable copy. FreeWebsite does not acquire ownership of customer website content merely by hosting it.
